Introducing...

Due mid-March!

Charleston

They closed Thomas's daycare for a couple days so we took the opportunity to go and visit Nanny and Pappadad at their new house in Charleston. They have a gorgeous new home in near the beach and close to the beautiful town of Charleston. We visited the Charleston aquarium and saw otters, sharks, turtles, alligators and more. Thomas loved the touch tank but the funniest part was him trying to feed the fish the crab on his shirt.

Nanny and Pappadad have a great pool in their neighborhood and Thomas actually swam some by himself with his froggy life preserver.

We played on the beach, making sandcastles and chasing seagulls and Thomas even helped Daddy catch a shark!

HAPPY HALF BIRTHDAY!

Because it's so hard to plan a birthday party for Thomas in January, I sent out announcements earlier this year declaring we would celebrate his half birthday. So a few weeks ago, I sent out a HALF of an invitation to a cookout to wish Thomas HAPPY HALF BIRTHDAY! Unfortunately, about HALF the people were out of town, but the better HALF came and we had a great time! We played in the back yard, ate HALF hamburgers and hot dogs, had a HALF a cake with HALF candles and HALF party favors.

Greenville Drive

We were invited to join Paul's coworkers in a box at the Greenville Drive baseball game. We got there early so Thomas could have some fun on the playground equipment and then we went to the box where we ate and watched all the common folk get rained on. Sitting in a box is definitely the way to go! The game was delayed, but eventually we sang the National Anthem, watched the first pitch and then had to head home for bedtime!

Lake Keowee

This past weekend we went to Lake Keowee to visit Nanny and Pappadad. The weather was great - not too hot and the rain held off till Sunday. Daddy and Pappa had a good time fishing and Nanny and Thomas and I had fun around the lake.

We played on the beach and in the water and later went to Nanny's garden and ate some fresh vegetables. We had a good time at the park splashing in the creek and playing on the playground.

Even Kudzu had fun chasing the geese!
