HALLOWEEN

We met up with Milo, Tabor and Stella to make the trick-or-treating tour. We started early but the kids had a great time. Davis slept through most of it. We ended up at our house for some backyard fun and pizza and then Thomas had more fun handing out candy.

ALL HALLOW'S EVE - EVE

To start this wild & wonderful Saturday, we took both boys to the last Downtown Market. They had trick-or-treating at all the booths, games, crafts, music and a costume contest. Most vendors said our boys should've won but we had to leave before the actual judging.

The next phase of the day was a stop at Adelaide's house. Adelaide is a sweet girl who has been in school with Thomas since he started. We celebrated her 4th birthday with all his friends at her Halloween themed party.

While Thomas napped, Davis and I did a little decorating in the front yard. You know me...it had to turn into a photo shoot.



After naptime, we walked to the neighborhood party on Sunset. We had a great time with new and old friends but the best part was when Thomas' friend showed up - STELLA!

Halloween Treat (Not So Much)

Just in time for Halloween, Davis had his first fang peek through the gums. Alot of late nights and alot of howling around our house!

Jack O' Lantern

It took much coaxing to get him to touch the gooey guts from his pumpkin but we finally got him to help empty and carve the pumpkins.

Pumpkin Patch

Since Thomas missed his school trip to the pumpkin patch, Davis and I tried to make it up to him. We went to St. Matthews on Cleveland where they always have tons of beautiful pumpkins, although not on the vine. Since it was their second to last day, they were not as bountiful as usual but we still found a few keepers that served us well on Halloween night!

THE FLU

Friday, Paul and I started getting sore throats. Saturday, after the party, Thomas climbed in the truck and exclaimed "My voice isn't working so well!" So pitiful. He lost his voice and then started in with the "sea lion" cough. Poor fellow missed three days of school including a trip to the pumpkin patch, but he recovered in time for the Halloween Weekend.

Triple B at Greenbriar Farms

Every Saturday we venture to Main Street Greenville for the Saturday Morning Market. We've had fun, bought lots of great, fresh food and we made some friends. One vendor invited us to their farm for Beer, Bluegrass and Brick Oven Pizza. The Pizza was phenomenal, the beer cold and the music loud. The farm was beautiful and Thomas made lots of friends running in the fields, climbing on the haystacks and dancing to the bluegrass. Great fun!

Trunk - or - Treat 2010

Granny, Nanny and Juju joined us at Trinity for the annual Trunk-or-Treat. Daddy decorated the truck and handed out candy, Mommy painted faces and the Grannies chased Thomas around the festival.

Pappadad's Surprise Party

We pulled it off! Saturday night, we had a surprise 60th Birthday Party for Pappadad. We had a great time at the beautiful Cliffs Clubhouse with awesome food, wine and friends!

Now that we've mastered crawling, we're moving on to the next step-pulling up.

BOO IN THE ZOO 2010

The weather was perfect for a spooky night at the zoo. Thomas declared that tonight we were not here to see the animals but

Happy Birthday Elise!

After a busy Saturday on call, the Upstate physicians were nice enough to leave me lone to attend a birthday party with Thomas. Elise celebrated her third birthday at a local gymnasium were the kids ran around like lunatics, bouncing off the padded floors and walls. Even Davis got to practice standing without us worrying about another bruise on his head!

After a busy day on call, we went to Brixx for dinner. Thomas is coloring. Love the mouth!
